Wheat Ladoos Recipe

A healthy Indian sweet ladoos which is easier to make and just melts in the mouth.
3 Cup Wheat powder
2cup Sugar powder
1 cup Ghee
- Take a pan and add ghee, add the wheat powder and fry in low flame for about 30 minutes. keep stirring it continuously until it gets roasted and turns aromatic.
- Turn off the flame add sugar powder and mix it well, add cardamom and mix again.
- Take a small portion of this mixture on your palm and press gently to start rolling balls of uniform size
- Once the ladoos are rolled store them in a dry airtight container to keep it longer.
