A healthy Indian sweet ladoos which is easier to make and just melts in the mouth.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cup Wheat powder

  • 2cup Sugar powder

  • 1 cup Ghee

  • 4 Cardamoms

Directions

  • Take a pan and add ghee, add the wheat powder and fry in low flame for about 30 minutes. keep stirring it continuously until it gets roasted and turns aromatic.
  • Turn off the flame add sugar powder and mix it well, add cardamom and mix again.
  • Take a small portion of this mixture on your palm and press gently to start rolling balls of uniform size
  • Once the ladoos are rolled store them in a dry airtight container to keep it longer.
